Cheese Steak RITZwich
If you have friends who love a cheesesteak sandwich, make them a batch of these mini cheesesteak bites sandwiched between RITZ Crackers.
Ingredient list
- 36 RITZ Crackers, divided
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup chopped green peppers
- 3 slices frozen thinly sliced beef steak, torn into small pieces
- 2 Tbsp. NABISCO EASY CHEESE Cheddar Pasteurized Cheese Snack
Directions
Place 18 crackers, top sides down, on large tray or platter.
Cook and stir onions and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 to 2 min. or until crisp-tender.
Add meat; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Place crackers in single layer on tray; top with meat mixture and cheese snack. Cover with remaining crackers, top sides up, to make 18 sandwiches.
