  • ¼ cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • ⅛ tsp. Caribbean seasoning
  • ⅛ tsp. zest and 1/2 tsp. juice from 1 lime
  • 1 avocado
  • 36 RITZ Cracker s
  • ¾ lb. cooked boneless skinless chicken breast s, sliced, cut into 36 pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. flaked coconut, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
