Makes 14 servings, 2 cheeseballs and 14 RITZ Chips each.

Ingredient list

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimentos, drained
½ tsp. ground red pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
28 RITZ Toasted Chips Original

Directions

Mix all ingredients except RITZ Chips until blended.

Refrigerate 30 min. or until chilled.

Roll cheese mixture into 28 (1-1/4-inch) balls; place on serving plate.

Insert 1 RITZ Chip into top of each cheese ball before serving with additional RITZ Chips.
