Top biscuits with jam, almond butter, chia seeds and half the berries.
Serve with the remaining berries and yogurt.
Substitute raspberry preserves for the jam.
To instead prepare this recipe using homemade chia jam, omit the raspberry jam and increase the chia seeds to 2 Tbsp. Cook 2 cups chopped mixed fresh berries and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice in small saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until berries are softened, stirring frequently and mashing berries with back of spoon. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in chia seeds and 1 Tbsp. raw honey or agave syrup. Let stand 5 min. If desired, this homemade jam can be prepared ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 year. If frozen, thaw overnight in refrigerator before using as desired.
