Ingredient list

  • 3 Italian sausage link s
  • 1 cup light beer, divided
  • ⅔ cup slivered sweet onion s
  • ½ cup EACH green and red pepper strips
  • 1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
  • 3 Muenster cheese slice s, each cut into 8 pieces
  • 24 RITZ Crackers

Heat oven to 350°F.

Cook sausage and 1/2 cup beer in large partially covered skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until beer is cooked off, turning sausage after 5 min. Uncover; cook 3 to 5 min. or until sausage is done and evenly browned. Cool slightly.

Meanwhile, cook onions, peppers and remaining beer in medium skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender and beer is cooked off, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in mustard.

Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet. Cut each sausage link into 8 slices; place on crackers. Top with onion mixture and cheese. Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
