Heat oven to 350°F.
Cook and stir vegetables in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 min. or until crisp-tender.
Add meat; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until done. Add barbecue sauce; cook and stir to break up the meat and evenly coat it with sauce. Remove from heat.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with meat mixture and cheese.
Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
