Make a little extra bacon on Sunday to make these tasty snacks the next day. Just layer cheddar cheese, a piece of bacon and some BBQ Sauce between crackers.

Makes 3 servings, 2 cracker sandwiches each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top 6 crackers with bacon, then barbecue sauce. Cover with remaining crackers, cheese sides down.
