Crushed graham crackers replace flour in these delicious homemade banana nut muffins. Walnuts and ripe bananas bring the flavor in these delicious baked goods.

Makes 12 servings.
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine graham crumbs, sugar and baking powder until well blended. Mix all remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add graham mixture; stir just until moistened.
Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups; top with nuts.
Bake 15 to 18 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. Remove to wire rack; cool slightly.
Process grahams in food processor or blender until finely crushed. Or, place in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag, removing most of the air. Use rolling pin to crush the grahams.
Prepare using chopped pecans.
