Makes 6 servings, 4 topped crackers each.

Ingredient list

  • 2 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. basil pesto
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 oz. thin prosciutto slices, cut into thin strips
  • ½ cup chopped drained artichoke hearts in water
  • 2 Tbsp. shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat broiler.

Mix Neufchatel and pesto until blended; spread onto crackers.

Arrange crackers in single layer on baking sheet to form solid rectangle; top with remaining ingredients.

Broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
