Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped cooked cleaned shrimp
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- TRISCUIT Crackers
- WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add shrimp, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic; mix well.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Serve with TRISCUIT Crackers and WHEAT THINS Snacks.

Substitute Neufchatel cheese for the cream cheese and/or fresh cilantro for the parsley. - Special Extra
