Ingredients
- ½ lb. lean ground beef
- 1 lb. pasteurized cheese product loaf, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped seeded tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- WHEAT THINS Big Snacks
Preparation
- Brown meat in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat; drain.
- Add next 5 ingredients; cook on low heat 5 min. or until cheese product is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Top with tomatoes and onions. Serve with WHEAT THINS.

- To Double
Prepare as directed, doubling all ingredients. Cool, then refrigerate any leftover dip. To reheat, spoon dip into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH until heated through, stirring every 30 sec. - Substitute

For a festive touch, serve dip in a bread bowl. Simply cut lengthwise slice from top of 1-lb. round bread loaf. Remove center of loaf, leaving 1-inch-thick shell. Fill bread shell with hot dip just before serving. (Reserve removed bread for another use, such as for making croutons or fresh bread crumbs.) Serve with WHEAT THINS.
