Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 4 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1½ cups thawed frozen lite whipped topping
- 1 strawberry
- 24 NUTTER BUTTER Cookies (peanut shape)
Preparation
- Beat Neufchatel in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in chocolate and vanilla.
- Add whipped topping; stir gently until blended. Cut strawberry into fan. (See tip.) Use to garnish dip.
- Serve with cookies.
