White Chocolate Mousse Dip Recipe


  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed frozen light whipped topping
  • 1 strawberry
  • 24 NUTTER BUTTER Cookies (peanut shape)


  • Beat  Neufchatel in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in chocolate and vanilla.
  • Add  whipped topping; stir gently until blended. Cut strawberry into fan. (See tip.) Use to garnish dip.
  • Serve  with cookies.
