Warm summer days are perfect for sharing the flavors in this sweet and spicy strawberry salsa. Jalapeño brings the spice to this sweet appetizer.

ServingsMakes 3-1/4 cups salsa or 26 servings, 2 Tbsp. salsa and 11 WHEAT THINS each.
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 3 limes
  • 4 cups strawberries, chopped (about 3-1/4 cups)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeño peppers
  • WHEAT THINS Big Snacks
  • Mix honey, lime zest and lime juice until blended.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS in large bowl.
  • Add honey mixture; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Serve with the WHEAT THINS.
