
Warm Reuben Spread
Melty cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing, corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese combine for all the flavor of the New York deli classic—reimagined as a warm dip.

Ingredients
- 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
- ¼ lb. sliced deli corned beef, chopped (about 1 cup)
- ¾ cup well-drained sauerkraut
- 4 Swiss cheese slices (1 oz. each), chopped
- TRISCUIT Rye with Caraway Seeds Crackers
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix cream cheese and dressing in medium bowl until blended.
- Add all remaining ingredients except crackers; mix well.
- Spoon into 3-cup baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 min. or until heated through.
- Serve with crackers.

Mix ingredients as directed, then spread onto bottom of shallow microwaveable dish sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers. - Variation
Serve with TRISCUIT Thin Crisps instead of the TRISCUIT Rye with Caraway Seeds Crackers. Makes 2-1/2 cups spread, or 20 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 15 crackers each.
