Melty cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing, corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese combine for all the flavor of the New York deli classic—reimagined as a warm dip.

Warm Reuben Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/4 lb. sliced deli corned beef, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup well-drained sauerkraut
  • 4 Swiss cheese slices (1 oz. each), chopped
  •  TRISCUIT Rye with Caraway Seeds Crackers

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Mix  cream cheese and dressing in medium bowl until blended.
  • Add  all remaining ingredients except crackers; mix well.
  • Spoon  into 3-cup baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake  25 min. or until heated through.
  • Serve  with crackers.

Recipe Tips

Use Your MicrowaveMix ingredients as directed, then spread onto bottom of shallow microwaveable dish sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers.
