Viennese S'mores Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken crosswise in half (8 squares)
  • 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. raspberry preserves
  • 2 Tbsp. flaked coconut
  • 4 marshmallows

Instructions

  • Spread  4 of the graham squares evenly with chocolate; set aside. Spread remaining 4 graham squares with preserves; sprinkle with coconut.
  • Toast  marshmallows to desired doneness.
  • Place  1 marshmallow on each preserve-topped graham. Top with remaining grahams, coconut sides down. Serve immediately.
