Vanilla & Strawberry Ice Cream "Cake" Recipe

Ingredients

  • 75 NILLA Wafers, divided
  • 1/2 cup multi-colored sprinkles, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 qt. (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 qt. (4 cups) strawberry ice cream, softened
  • 2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Crush  55 wafers finely; place crumbs in medium bowl. Reserve 1 Tbsp. sprinkles for garnish. Add remaining sprinkles, sugar and butter to wafer crumbs; mix well. Press onto bottom and halfway up side of 9-inch springform pan
  • Bake  8 min. Cool completely.
  • Spread  vanilla ice cream onto bottom of crust; top with remaining wafers. Freeze 1 hour.
  • Spread  strawberry ice cream over wafer layer in pan. Top with whipped topping and remaining sprinkles. Freeze 1 hour.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraGarnish each slice with a maraschino cherry just before serving.
