
Vanilla-Almond Fruit Tart
What is the best policy? Honesty. So go ahead and admit that it's easier than it looks. With this buttery crust and creamy vanilla filling, no one will believe you anyway.

Ingredients
- ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted, divided
- 50 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-3/4 cups)
- 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
- 1 cup mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, halved strawberries, sliced kiwi)
Preparation
- Reserve 1 Tbsp. nuts. Finely chop remaining nuts; mix with wafer crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan or pie plate.
- Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Top with fruit and reserved nuts just before serving.
