Ingredients
  • 1 cup tzatziki
  • ⅓ cup chopped English cucumbers
  • ¼ cup chopped carrots
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • TRISCUIT Organic Thin Crisps Crackers
Preparation
  • Mix all ingredients except crackers until blended.
  • Serve with the crackers.
Nutrition Notes

A good source of vitamin C, the colorful carrots add to the mix of vegetables in this creamy dip. When served with the crisp TRISCUIT Thin Crisps Crackers, which are a good source of fiber, it's a delicious, yet wholesome, snack.

Recipe Tips
  • Homemade Tzatziki
    Mix 1 cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt, 3 Tbsp. shredded or finely chopped cucumbers, and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice until blended. Season with salt to taste, if desired. Use instead of the purchased tzatziki.
  • Substitute
    Substitute 1/2 cup chopped fresh vegetables, such as celery, zucchini, and red or yellow peppers, for the cucumbers and carrots.
