Tzatziki Chicken Salad Dip

Add a little Greek flair to chicken salad in this delicious appetizer idea. Use a rotisserie chicken for a shortcut to a great tasting and flavorful dip to serve with WHEAT THINS.

ServingsMakes 2-1/2 cups dip, or 20 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 16 WHEAT THINS each.
  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup chopped English cucumbers
  • ½ cup tzatziki
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped Kalamata olives
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped red onions
  • 1½ tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
  • Combine all ingredients except WHEAT THINS.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Serve with WHEAT THINS.
