This simple tuna salad recipe makes a quick and delicious appetizer bite when served on seasoned TRISUIT Crackers with a bit of lettuce.

  • 1 can (5 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • ¼ cup finely chopped carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
  • 3 Tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • ⅛ tsp. pepper
  • 36 TRISCUIT Dill & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 36 small lettuce pieces
  • Combine all ingredients except crackers and lettuce.
  • Cover crackers with lettuce.
  • Top with tuna salad.
