Tuna Chopped Salad Tapenade Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cans  (5 oz. each) white white tuna in water, drained
  • 2 carrots, peeled, finely chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups small broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup  chopped, peeled, seeded cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup manzanilla olives, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  •  RITZ Crackers

Instructions

  • Combine  all ingredients except crackers.
  • Serve  with crackers.

SubstituteSubstitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo.

Tuna Lettuce WrapsOmit crackers. Top 4 large leaf lettuce leaves with salad. Fold in opposite sides of each leaf, then roll up. Serve immediately
