- 4 watermelon slices (1/2 inch thick)

- 1 cup tightly packed arugula leaves
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
- Cut watermelon slices into 24 star shapes using 1-1/2-inch cookie cutter.
- Top crackers with arugula, watermelon and feta just before serving.
