TRISCUIT Spicy Chicken "Lettuce Wrap" Toppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives, divided
  • 32 small lettuce cups
  • 32 TRISCUIT Crackers

Instructions

  • Combine  chicken, celery, cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce and 2 tsp. chives.
  • Top  crackers with lettuce and chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle  with remaining chives.
