  • 1 cup coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
  • 3 Tbsp. reduced-fat thousand island dressing
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 12 slices deli-style roast beef (6 oz.), cut in half
  • 6 slices deli-style honey ham (3 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 reduced-fat Swiss cheese slices (3 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces
  • 24 small dill pickle slices
  • Combine coleslaw blend and dressing.
  • Top crackers with meats, cheese, coleslaw and pickles.
