Ingredients
- 1 cup coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 3 Tbsp. reduced-fat thousand island dressing
- 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 12 slices deli-style roast beef (6 oz.), cut in half
- 6 slices deli-style honey ham (3 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
- 4 reduced-fat Swiss cheese slices (3 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces
- 24 small dill pickle slices
Preparation
- Combine coleslaw blend and dressing.
- Top crackers with meats, cheese, coleslaw and pickles.
