
TRISCUIT Roast Beef-Asparagus Toppers

Ingredients
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish, drained
- ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. EACH zest and juice from 1 lemon, divided
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
- 16 slices deli roast beef (1 lb.), cut in half
- 12 fresh asparagus spears, blanched, cut into 2-inch lengths
- 32 TRISCUIT Crackers
Preparation
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice and 1 tsp. chives until blended.
- Wrap 1 meat piece around each of 32 asparagus pieces; place on crackers. Discard or reserve remaining asparagus pieces for another use. (See Tip.)
- Drizzle with horseradish sauce.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest and remaining chives.
