TRISCUIT Pepper Jack & Corn Salsa Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. pepper Jack cheese
  • 12 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. black bean and corn salsa
  • 1 fresh jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Cut  cheese into 12 slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
  • Place  on crackers.
  • Top  with remaining ingredients.
