Delicious served warm or cold, these TRISCUIT Cracker bite sized sliders are topped with ham, pineapple, coleslaw and beans for a fun appetizer.

  • ⅓ cup coleslaw
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped pineapple
  • 3 slices deli Black Forest ham (3 oz.), each cut into 8 pieces
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • ½ cup baked beans, warmed
  • Combine coleslaw and pineapple.
  • Place ham on crackers.
  • Top with beans and coleslaw mixture.
Recipe Tips
  • Note
    Either fresh or canned pineapple can be used to prepare this recipe. Or, you can substitute your favorite fruit, such as finely chopped mangos or oranges, for the pineapple.
  • Variation
    These delicious topped crackers can instead be served warm. Just place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with ham and beans. Bake in 350°F oven 3 min., then top with coleslaw mixture.
  • Substitute
    Prepare using deli turkey or leftover cooked ham.
