NoteEither fresh or canned pineapple can be used to prepare this recipe. Or, you can substitute your favorite fruit, such as finely chopped mangos or oranges, for the pineapple.

VariationThese delicious topped crackers can instead be served warm. Just place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with ham and beans. Bake in 350°F oven 3 min., then top with coleslaw mixture.
