Ingredients
- 3 reduced-fat Swiss cheese slices (3/4 oz. each)
- 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 6 slices deli-style smoked ham (3 oz.), quartered
- 3 Tbsp. peach preserves
- 1 green onion, sliced
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Cut each cheese slice into 4 squares, then cut each square diagonally in half.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with ham and cheese.
- Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese starts to melt.
- Top with preserves and onions.
