Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1 container (5.3 oz.) plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded white meat from 1 rotisserie chicken
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped, divided
- 2 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
- TRISCUIT Crackers
Preparation
- Beat Neufchatel, yogurt and wing sauce in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add chicken, celery and 3 Tbsp. onions; mix well.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Top with blue cheese and remaining onions before serving with the crackers.
