  • 24 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 3 oz. goat cheese, softened
  • 8 slices prosciutto(4 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. fig jam, warmed
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • Spread crackers with cheese.
  • Top with prosciutto and jam.
  • Sprinkle with onions.
Recipe Tips
  • Substitute
    Substitute 6 cooked bacon slices for the prosciutto, cutting each bacon slice into 4 pieces before using as directed.
  • How to Warm the Jam
    Spoon jam into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 10 sec. or just until warmed. Stir, then drizzle over topped crackers as directed.
