Ingredients
- 24 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
- 3 oz. goat cheese, softened
- 8 slices prosciutto(4 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
- 2 Tbsp. fig jam, warmed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Preparation
- Spread crackers with cheese.
- Top with prosciutto and jam.
- Sprinkle with onions.

Spoon jam into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 10 sec. or just until warmed. Stir, then drizzle over topped crackers as directed.
