Ingredients
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 16 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 4 slices fully cooked bacon, each cut into 4 pieces
- 4 cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
- ¼ cup shredded lettuce
Preparation
- Cut cheese into 8 slices, then cut each cheese slice in half; place on crackers.
- Top with bacon and tomatoes.
- Place 8 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec. or until cheese is melted. Transfer to serving plate.
- Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
- Top with lettuce.
