TRISCUIT BLT Snackers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) reduced-fat cheddar cheese, cut into 8 slices
  • 16 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 4 slices fully cooked bacon, each cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
  • 1/4 cup shredded leaf lettuce

Instructions

  • Cut  each cheese slice in half. Top crackers evenly with cheese, bacon and tomato slices.
  • Place  8 of the topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
  • Top  evenly with lettuce.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraGarnish with green onion slices just before serving.

ShortcutSubstitute 2 Tbsp. pre-cooked bacon pieces for the bacon slices.
