TRISCUIT BLT Snackers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 16 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 4 slices fully cooked bacon, each cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • Cut  cheese into 8 slices, then cut each cheese slice in half; place on crackers.
  • Top  with bacon and tomatoes.
  • Place  8 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec. or until cheese is melted. Transfer to serving plate.
  • Repeat  with remaining topped crackers.
  • Top  with lettuce.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraGarnish with green onion slices before serving.

ShortcutSubstitute 2 Tbsp. fully cooked bacon pieces for the cut-up bacon slices.
