
TRISCUIT Bacon & Swiss Bake
This vegetable, bacon and egg bake is a festive holiday breakfast entree when you top the dish with a decorative cracker Christmas tree.

Ingredients
- 23 TRISCUIT Crackers, divided
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup mixed chopped red and yellow peppers
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Reserve 7 crackers for later use; place remaining crackers in single layer on bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with Swiss cheese, onions, peppers and bacon.
- Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in baking dish.
- Arrange reserved crackers over ingredients in baking dish to resemble a Christmas tree; press lightly into egg mixture to secure.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 min. before cutting to serve.
