Ingredients
- ½ fully ripe avocado
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tsp. EACH zest and juice from 1 lime
- 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 3 radishes, thinly sliced
- 24 sprigs baby watercress
Preparation
- Mash avocado with sour cream, lime zest and lime juice until blended.
- Spread onto crackers.
- Cut radish slices in half; place on crackers. Top with watercress.
