Heat oven to 350°F. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter; mix with 1 Tbsp. brown sugar. Drizzle over pretzel twists in medium bowl; mix lightly. Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 6 to 8 min. or until pretzels are lightly toasted, stirring after 4 min. Cool. Combine with crackers and broken apple chips as directed. - Make Ahead
