TRISCUIT Apple Snack Mix
With just three ingredients, this salty and sweet snack mix is easy to make and pack. Whole grain wheat crackers, pretzels and apple chips combine for a tasty, low fat snack.
- 2 cups TRISCUIT Minis Crackers
- 2 cups miniature pretzel twists
- 1 cup baked apple chips, broken into bite-size pieces
- Combine ingredients.
Only three ingredients are needed to prepare this tasty, yet low-fat, snack mix that's a good source of fiber.

Heat oven to 350°F. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter; mix with 1 Tbsp. brown sugar. Drizzle over pretzel twists in medium bowl; mix lightly. Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 6 to 8 min. or until pretzels are lightly toasted, stirring after 4 min. Cool. Combine with crackers and broken apple chips as directed.
- Make Ahead
This tasty oh-so-simple snack mix can be prepared ahead of time for a quick on-the-go treat. Spoon 1/2 cup snack mix into each of 8 resealable plastic bags. Store at room temperature up to 2 days before serving.
Prepare using dried or dehydrated apple snacks and/or add 1/2 cup toasted pecan halves.
