Touchdown Buffalo "Wing" Dip

Looking for quick buffalo dip? By adding cheese and wing sauce to shredded rotisserie chicken, this dip can be ready to bake in just 10 minutes.

  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) reduced-fat pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 green onions, sliced, divided
  • WHEAT THINS Big Snacks
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix Neufchatel cheese, shredded cheeses and wing sauce in large bowl until blended. Add chicken and 1/2 cup onions; mix well.
  • Spoon into large cast iron skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until heated through. Cool slightly.
  • Sprinkle with remaining onions. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
