Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- ¼ tsp. almond extract
- 1 bar (3.52 oz.) TOBLERONE Swiss Dark Chocolate with Honey and Almond Nougat, melted
- ¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted, ground
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese, honey and extract with mixer until blended. Stir in melted chocolate and nuts.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Roll cream cheese mixture into 24 balls, using scant tablespoonful for each ball. Roll, 1 at a time, in cocoa powder until evenly coated.
