A spread of mayonnaise, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, red peppers and green onions tops crackers and is microwaved for a warm appetizer or snack.

Toasted 2-Cheese Confetti Crackers Recipe


  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped red peppers
  • 54 TRISCUIT Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Crackers


  • Heat  broiler.
  • Combine  all ingredients except crackers.
  • Spread  onto crackers; place on baking sheet.
  • Broil,  6 inches from heat, 1 min. or until cheese mixture is hot and bubbly.

Recipe Tips

Use Your MicrowaveTop crackers as directed. Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.

SubstituteSubstitute roasted red peppers for the red bell peppers.
