Ingredients
- 12 strawberries, hulled
- 15 Mini Golden OREO Bite Size Cookies, divided
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon curd
Preparation
- Cut bottom tips off strawberries; discard. Stand strawberries on plate.
- Crush 3 cookies finely; mix with sour cream and lemon curd until blended. Spoon into tops of strawberries.
- Top with remaining cookies.
