Tangy Lemon-OREO Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 strawberries, hulled
  • 15 Mini Golden OREO Bite Size Cookies, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon curd

Instructions

  • Cut  bottom tips off strawberries; discard. Stand strawberries on plate.
  • Crush  3 cookies finely; mix with sour cream and lemon curd until blended. Spoon into tops of strawberries.
  • Top  with remaining cookies.
