Ingredients
  • 12 TRISCUIT Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Crackers
  • ½ cup fully cooked pulled pork (2 oz.)
  • 2 small fresh jalapeño peppers, each cut into 12 slices
  • 1 Swiss cheese slice (1/2 oz.), cut into 12 pieces
Preparation
  • Heat broiler.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
