Ingredients
- 12 TRISCUIT Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Crackers
- ½ cup fully cooked pulled pork (2 oz.)
- 2 small fresh jalapeño peppers, each cut into 12 slices
- 1 Swiss cheese slice (1/2 oz.), cut into 12 pieces
Preparation
- Heat broiler.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
