Sweet & Spicy Cucumber Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 cup chopped English cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mangos
  •  WHEAT THINS Toasted Pita Original Oven Baked Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  first 4 ingredients until blended.
  • Combine  all remaining ingredients except crackers in medium bowl. Add yogurt mixture; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate  30 min. Serve with crackers.

Recipe Tips

Spice it Up!For added heat, stir in 2 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeño peppers before refrigerating.
