How to Bake the Sweet PotatoesPierce potatoes in several places with fork. Bake in 400°F oven 45 min. or until tender. Or, pierce with fork and microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 min. or until tender, turning after 6 min.
NoteThis fabulous dessert is equally delicious whether served warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate any leftovers up to 2 days. For best flavor, bring to room temperature before serving.
