SWEDISH FISH Sushi Crispy Treats Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) marshmallows
  • 6 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 24 SWEDISH FISH Tails Soft & Chewy Candies
  • 1-1/2 tsp. EACH black and orange colored sugar

Instructions

  • Microwave  butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
  • Add  cereal; mix well. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with SWEDISH FISH Candies in 6 rows of 4 candies each; press candies gently into cereal mixture to secure. Cool completely.
  • Cut  into 24 rectangles so that each rectangle is topped with a SWEDISH FISH Candy.
  • Coat  2 long sides of EACH of 12 rectangles with black colored sugar; repeat with remaining rectangles and orange colored sugar.

Recipe Tips

SubstitutePrepare using black and orange sprinkles.

Special ExtraPrepare recipe as directed. Melt peach-colored candy coating wafers as directed on package; drizzle over SWEDISH FISH to resemble Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce). Or, drizzle SWEDISH FISH with melted semi-sweet chocolate to resemble soy sauce.
