You will win for best Halloween dessert with this ghoulishly fun make ahead treat! Crisp rice cereal treats are molded into brains and decorated with candy.

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) marshmallows
  • 5 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup SWEDISH FISH Soft & Chewy Candies
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) white baking chocolate, melted
  • Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
  • Add cereal and candies; mix well. Shape into 24 mounds on parchment-covered baking sheet to resemble brains as shown in photo, using about 1/3 cup cereal mixture for each brain.
  • Use back of table knife to press indentation in center on top of each brain.
  • Spoon melted chocolate into piping bag; cut small piece off bottom of bag. Use to pipe chocolate into indentations and in swirls on tops of brains to resemble photo. Refrigerate 5 min. or until chocolate is firm.

  • Make Ahead
    These fun treats can be prepared ahead of time. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days before serving.
  • Note
    If you don't have a piping bag, you can instead use a small resealable plastic bag to drizzle the melted chocolate over the candies. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of filled bag before using as directed.
