Sun-Dried Tomato-White Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) cannellini beans, rinsed
  • 1 jar (8.5 oz.) oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/3 cup light sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives, divided
  •  WHEAT THINS Toasted Pita Original Oven Baked Crackers

Instructions

  • Process  first 4 ingredients in food processor until smooth. Spoon into medium bowl.
  • Reserve  1/4 tsp chives. Stir remaining chives into bean mixture; sprinkle with reserved chives.
  • Serve  with crackers.
