Sugar 'n Spice Snack Mix Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
  • 1/2 cup yogurt-covered raisins
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 325°F.
  • Combine  first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
  • Whisk  egg white, water and zest until blended. Drizzle over WHEAT THINS mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon; mix lightly.
  • Spread  onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake  20 min., stirring occasionally. Cool.
